Notting Hill

William Thecker, the maincharacter, works in a travelbookshop. Anna Scott, a famous actress, enters the shop. Later William bumps into her and she gets orange juice all over her clothes. So William takes her to his house which is across the street. When Anna leaves she kisses William. A few weeks later Williams roommate says that Anna had called a few days ago and he should call her back which isn't easy because she has a undercover name.
Williams roommate, Spikey, remembers the name. It was Flinstone. So William goes to the hotel where Anna is staying. The people working for Anna ask him for which magazine he works he says Horse & Hound but he actually doesn't work for this magazine. When he goes to Anna he prentends that he's interviewing her about the movie. He asks her if she has something to do tonight and she does. William interviews the other actors. When he comes back to Anna her plans are changed and she doesn't have anything to do tonight. But then William remembers that it's his sisters birthday. Anna says that she can come as his date. They go to the birthday and Williams sister, Honey, thinks Anna is amazing and they should be best friends. Williams friend, Bern, talks to Anna but he doesn't realize that she is a famous actress. William also has a friend who is in a wheelchair that's because she had an accident. Later that night William goes to a restaurant with Anna and later they are supposed to go to the movie but William can't find his glasses anywhere.
So William brings Anna home and he comes to her hotelroom. But Anna's boyfriend is in her room. So William pretends that he's roomservice. A few days later William goes to his friends for dinner. He sits next to a woman who is fruitarian, she thinks that fruit and vegetables have feelings. Williams stays over with his friends. When William is at home Anna comes to his house, she's upset because she did a photoshoot a few years ago but someone else has filmed it and now it looks like a porn. Spikey has found the pictures in the paper and he doesn't know that Anna is in the bathtub so he goes inside. Anna stays at Williams apartement. The next day Anna comes with the message that she wants to stay a little longer at William's apartement. And ofcourse William is fine with that. The next day the press knows where Anna is so they come at Williams apartement. William says to Spikey that he shouldn't go outside but he does and poses for the camera's. Anna is furious and leaves because the press has found her and calls her chauffeur. Spikey has told a few people that Anna stays at Williams apartement. A few weeks later Williams sister comes in the travel book shop with the news that she has found the number of Anna's agent in London. At dinner Williams sister tells she wants to marry with a guy she met, she means Spikey.
William can't get Anna out of his mind. Anna is playing in a movie that is filmed in Notting Hill, William goes to the set to see Anna. Anna pretends that she doesn't know William, she says to a man that she doesn't know him. William left and is in the travel book shop. Anna comes to the travel book shop and asks if William can love her and give her a chance but William rejects. A little later William find out that he shouldn't have done that so he goes looking for her.
So he goes to a press conference where Anna gets interviewed. William asks a question about himself, he sort of apologises and says he wants her back. After the press conference there are shots from the future of their wedding and in the park on a bench with a pregnant Anna.
